4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services under the following conditions:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee, typically equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.

To cancel a service, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
